How to Order from our web site

Because our inventory is extensive and we exhibit at a lot of shows, we cannot have individual stones listed for sale on our web site. Instead, we have general photographs of the items for sale. For each item we list the color, quality, size range, shapes available, approximate carat weight for sample dimensions, and price (shown as wholesale).

From this information you can enter your requirements in the Notes field, letting us know the number of stones, size, shape, and the total approximated carat weight. This will give you an idea of your total cost in the shopping cart. (the prices listed are retail, unless you are logged-in as a wholesale buyer, see note below). After we process the order, we will contact you with the details regarding cost, shipping, etc.

For our U.S. customers, we will need your Tax ID number.
For our International customers make sure to include your business name.

We accept the following forms of payment, credit cards, checks, and money orders. You may return an item if you are not satisfied.

Refund and Exchange Policy:

1. Refunds and exchanges will be given within 15 days of purchase, providing all items are returned in the same condition received.
   
   
2. Refunds will be made in the same payment type as the original transaction.
   
   
3. Any defective or damaged items must be declared within 24 hours of receipt of mechandise.
   
   
4. All items kept past the 15 day refund or exchange period will be considered a final sale with no returns granted.

Ordering Procedure:

Enter stone requirements in the "Notes:" field, enter the quantity or weight in the field above "add to cart" button, then click add to cart. Or you can enter just the size and number of stones in the notes field and leave the quantity/weight field set at 1. Either way, because sizes and weights vary, we will contact you with the exact sizes, weights and cost before we ship your order, at which time you can make changes if you choose to do so.

Note:

If you logout with items left in your shopping cart, the next time you login those items will still be there. If you don't want them to remain in your cart, delete them from the cart before you logout. Otherwise, they will remain in the cart for 2 weeks.

This is a convenience offered to you, so in case your shopping gets interrupted and you have to leave your computer, you won't have to start over. Or you can use it to create a wish list that you can come back to complete at a later time.
